- Closing down unsupported clusters and moving workloads to our strategic container platform
- Cost optimisation of Analytical tooling workloads
- Moving team to one tool for issue and work management reducing context switching

Building an internal team to deploy Cloud First container based networking service. This has enabled modern devices in prisons for over 50k staff.
